Successful driving lesson students

I just passed my test with Paul Richardson today. I highly recommend people to go with Paul if they are looking to pass their driving test. Paul got me passed nice and made me feel nice and relaxed.

I am an anxious person who wanted to learn to drive. Dave was able to put me at my ease and gain confidence quickly when driving. I am so glad that I found such a calm and patient instructor. With Dave’s help and kindness I passed my driving test first time, something I never thought would happen. Dave is definitely a 5 star driving instructor!

After many other driving instructors that just didn’t cut it, I found Dave. He is patient and explains things in a calm and professional way. Even though I work shifts and always get my schedule late, Dave was always able to squeeze me into his diary for my lessons. He always encouraged me and gave me the confidence that I needed. I would recommend Dave to anyone. If I had to rate Dave I would definitely give him a 5 out of 5!

Dave is a great Instructor. He was very patient when I messed up and gave me clear advice and assistance on how to correct my mistakes. Dave helped me pass my test 1st time.

Dave is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. He made me feel calm and confident. I was a very nervous driver and changed instructors to Dave. Dave’s instruction made me enjoy driving and I’m proud to say I passed with no minors because of him! He also instructed me through the Pass Plus course which has added to my confidence on the road.

I learnt to drive with Paul, as did my partner who passed first time almost a year ago. Fantastic teacher and fantastic patience which is just what you need to build confidence. Paul has many different ways of teaching to ensure it is what suits you. Some of the tasks I didn't quite pick up the first time or even the second, but Paul adjusted his way of speaking/teaching and tried different ways each time until I understood. One manoeuvre my partner managed to master first time and I didn't master it until a few attempts but Paul had taught us both how to do exactly the same thing just changing the way he explained it, using diagrams and even little scribbles to show me some things but doing this meant I understood. Paul has the patience of a saint yet is not afraid to push you to get the best results. A lot of people I know, my partner, my cousin, myself, and a few friends have all passed with Paul. Wonderful teacher and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks again for helping open the new chapter in my life :)

Paul is a wonderful, supportive driving instructor who helped me pass my test first time with only 1 minor. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to learn to drive, he will not disappoint!

Wasn't sure what company to do my lessons with at first. A friend who passed with them recommended Peter Bligh at Smart Drive. Really nice man and a great teacher. Learnt at my own pace and passed the theory and practical first time! I would highly recommend smart drive to anyone who wants to learn to drive.

Very helpful, good knowledge, very friendly, always explained things well. Always broke down the manoeuvres into small sequences to help learn the correct checks and observations. Peter got me through first time :)
